Overview

The administrators (or super users) of the Homeless Shelter CSDB manage the program at the highest level. They have the ability to

  • Create, edit, and deactivate all user accounts
  • Work with the various shelter locations
  • View reports that provide information about the organization as a whole and for each location
  • Back up the database

When you first install the Homeless Shelter CSDB, a single administrator account is created. The default user name / password is root / root.

After logging in, the super user will see the following options:

  • Locations - work with the geographic location or locations of your home shelters (more info here)
  • Accounts - work with all the user accounts associations with the Homeless Shelter CSDB (more info here)
  • Reports - organization-wide reports (more info here)
  • Admin - database backups (more info here)
