Our case study customer is a successful small Austin-based business with a world-wide customer base. For 20 years this laboratory has provided dog, cat, and horse allergy testing and treatment to veterinarians around the world.

A few years ago, our customer faced a major challenge – a large staff turn-over and an antiquated computer system threatened to seriously disrupt the service they provide to veterinarians and pet owners.
