Four account types are supported.
- Admins – full access to all features
- Shelter Managers – can be assigned to one or more shelters; can work with room assignments, refugee intake, rosters, etc
- Case Managers – assigned to individual refugees; access is limited to those records
- Professional Contacts – access is limited to status updates related to the services provided by these contacts
